**The role**

We're looking for a reliable and detail oriented Dishwasher Supervisor oversee our dishwashing team and ensure the cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen equipment and dishware.

**Skills and experience**

You’ll have:

- Experience working in industrial and/or restaurant kitchens
- Knowledge of dishwashing and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a fast paced, hot, and noisy environment
- Ability to lead, motivate, and build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership ability, approachability, and a reputation as a role model
- Characteristics reflective of FISHBOWL’s ethos: self-motivated, positivity, service-oriented, flexible, and ethical with a high degree of integrity.

**Your tasks**

You will:

- Supervise and coordinate our team of dishwashing staff
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools are properly cleaned and sanitised
- Maintain a clean and safe dishwashing area in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain adequate inventory levels and conduct regular inventory counts of cleaning supplies
- Train new dishwashing staff on proper procedures and safety protocols
- Role model and reinforce FISHBOWL’s people and culture standards

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.06 - $33.95 per hour
