What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking our next Restaurant Supervisor, who’s as passionate about wine and great service as we are You will play a key role in the daily operations of our venue, ensuring each shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves smiling (and maybe with a new favourite wine). You’ll be supporting a small team that champions innovation, creativity, and a passion for delivering warm, consistent, and memorable experiences in a venue where everyone knows your name—or at least your wine recommendation

Key Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable and personable service, offering warm and genuine hospitality
- Support a passionate small team, encouraging professional development through regular training
- Assist in implementing and maintaining policies and procedures, including food, beverage, and service training documents
- Work alongside our sommelier to maintain and grow an exciting and diverse wine list, including a regularly changing wine by the glass selection
- Be an integral part of the venue’s growth and development
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive in-house private events, wine dinners, and community-driven experiences
- Assist in ensuring operational and financial procedures are completed accurately, including staff rostering, cash handling, daily reporting, guest enquiries, and special requests

Key Selection Criteria
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- WSET level 2 or CMS Certified Sommelier training is preferred, but not compulsory
- Bartending and cocktail knowledge is preferred, but not compulsory
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Strong work ethics, leadership, time management and communication skills
- Passionate about enhancing guest experiences through their knowledge of food, wine and service
