**About the Role**:
Our client is a not-for-profit organization who is committed to training and equipping young people with the right industry skills to succeed. They are looking for a passionate coach who will support and engage with young people, motivating them through their growth and development.

**Your key responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Facilitate interactive workshops focusing onemployment and development of life skills
- Deliver daily warm-up and exercise routines
- Facilitate access to support services
- Provide case management support
- Provide mentoring and informal counselingto participants
- Administrative tasks including data entry,filing, photocopying, managing confidential information and other admin duties
- Build and maintain strong relationshipswith local services, schools, community groups, employers and other keystakeholders
- Maintain high levels of communication withprogram Tradesman/Trainers for the purpose of collaborative participant support

**About you**:

- Must have a current NSW working withchildren check
- Must have a current driver's license anda reliable car
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust with young people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,manage deadlines and multi-task
- Background in Retail Management would be highly regarded
