Whilst the major banks leverage this capability for their consumer and business clients, our B2B model focuses on enabling other banks, fintech’s and corporates to deliver innovative and competitive payment and digital solutions to their clients and customers.

**We are looking for Agile Team Coach to join our business to coach and mentor agile teams through transformational change to drive engagement and deliver on key business objectives.**

As Cuscal’s Agile Team Coach your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Drive adoption of agile ways of working across teams and the broader organisation
- People Leader for the Scrum Master community at Cuscal - supporting with recruitment, performance management and training
- Coach and mentor Scrum Masters to effectively perform their roles
- Coach and support more broadly the scaled Agile teams
- Develop and execute coaching plans for teams
- Create and deliver Agile training for teams and business stakeholders
- Contribute to the Cuscal Agile knowledge base, including but not limited to contributing to the Cuscal Agile Playbook and participating in the Agile Community of Practice
- Identify, collect, and report on agile practice metrics and measurement
- Detect and work to resolve barriers to scaling use of agile
- Engage with people leaders and senior stakeholders to create a culture and behaviours that support Agile teams
- Advise supporting teams like P&C, Finance, etc. on how to best collaborate with and support Agile teams
- Lead by example, demonstrating Agile values, mindset, and behaviours

**About You**

With a considerable understanding of Agile and Lean values and experience of working in a scaled agile environment you will be a confident leader in guiding people through transformational change. Furthermore, your skills in educating and facilitation of agile training and workshops with teams and stakeholders at all levels will be paramount to the success of this role. You will be self-assured in working with a variety of agile frameworks, including scaling and can navigate through different frameworks effectively. With the skills to communicate successfully within a multi-layered stakeholder environment, you will have a collaborative and consultative approach to stakeholder engagement and relationship management.

As an Agile Team Coach, you will be a considered thinker and possess valuable decision-making skills while having the capability to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. A Scrum Master/Product Owner certification will be essential and relevant coaching certification will be highly regarded for this role.
