We are looking for Employment Services/Customer Service superstars to join a fantastic organisation dedicated to helping people in their job search. This is a permanent role located in Sydney CBD.

**What you will be doing**:

- Proactively engage job seekers and place them into sustainable employment
- Achieve outcomes by motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills required for successful employment.
- You will tailor your services for individual needs so that jobseekers are supported and able to progress towards the labour market to gain and keep meaningful employment
- Conduct regular appointments with job seeker
- Help with resume servicing
- Greeting people coming into the office and setting them up in the system
- Case management

**Do you have what it takes to become Mentor?**
- Proven experience in Employment Services/ Aged care or Customer Service
- Be able to balance empathy in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve business outcomes
- You will have solid customer service and administrative skills and have ability to build successful relationships.
- You thrive working collaboratively in a diverse team environment
- Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service and administration with sound computer literacy skills would be an advantage.

- _Paid WWCC (or willingness to obtain one)_
- _Police check_
