**About the Role**:
This role will be responsible for the mentoring, coaching and training of New Employer staff in line with the company's vision and culture.

The position will entail interactions with both Consultants and Team Leaders to facilitate and drive the ongoing performance and quality of the division to meet our customer expectations. The NE Mentoring and Leadership Adviser will be imperative in driving a supportive learning environment and positive culture across the NE Division.

**Within your new role you will be responsible for...**
- Training and development of staff members
- Staff retention
- Coaching and Mentoring
- Complete weekly 1:1's with consultants
- Complete monthly 1:1's with Team Leaders
- Complete monthly performance development reviews about staff with senior management
- Identify and develop procedures and processes to address and knowledge gaps within the team and facilitate improved performance and positive customer feedback

- Excellent communication skills with a positive can-do attitude
- Solid knowledge and experience within New Employer Occupational Rehab
- Experience with coaching, managing and mentoring staff
