**JOB TITLE**: Direct to Consumer Manager - Winery
**REPORTS TO**: General Manager Sales and Marketing
**LOCATION**: McLaren Vale, South Australia
**HOURS**: Full time - 38 hours per week
- The Direct-to-Consumer Manager, is directly responsible for all Direct-to-Consumer sales and related activities for the winery.
- This role oversees the Cellar Door and wine club, as well as managing all hospitality and trade related events in South Australia and other states, as required, for the brand.
- The Direct-to-Consumer Manager will also be tasked to develop and leverage all wine club and e-commerce sales.
- Reporting to the GM of Sales and Marketing, the Direct-to-Consumer Manager will work in an integrated fashion with the management team and all areas of the company in an effort to grow and develop a more profitable business.
- Supervisory capabilities: Must be able to interview, hire, and train, reward and manage employees, address complaints, and resolve problems.
- High attention to detail: Able to ensure that the details of the role are maintained at the required quality levels on a consistent basis.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Highly self-motivated.
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, lead by good example.
- Be flexible in relation to work hours i.e., shift work.
- Be a team player.

3-5 years in similar role
