About the Role

Due to growth and expansion in WA Farm Direct's operations, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Picker with a forklift licence (essential).  You will join a great team with significant opportunities for development in the role.

Your primary duties as part of the market team will involve manual handling (up to 15kg), pallet jack and forklift operation as required. You will be required to pick produce and manage arrivals and dispatch operations meet our customer scheduling requirements.

Quality and safety management processes will be a crucial part of your role and you will need to be physically fit.

The ideal candidate will be both a efficient and able to work in a busy environment.

The role is 6 days per week; Sunday to Friday, based in Canning Vale markets with early morning starts/late morning finishes.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Physically fit
  • Forklift (High Risk) Licence and drivers licence is required
  • A strong work ethic, the ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Excellent Communication skills
