**Your New Opportunity**:
Our ResourceCo business is going through significant new growth together, we have a **full-time permanent** position available for a passionate **Labourer, **at our site based in **McLaren Vale, South Australia.**

Your key responsibilities will be:_*
- Ensure that Daily / Weekly / Monthly production targets are met
- Assist with Plant Maintenance when required
- Process correct products and volumes to meet customer requirements
- Ensure all daily log sheets are completed and all checks have been carried out to keep accurate and complete records of daily activities
- Foster and promote safe working behaviours and display commitment to ResourceCos safety standard and OHS requirements at all times. strive for “0” Lost Time Injuries (LTI’s)
- Follow daily tasks and keep regular communication with manager
- Manual sorting of incoming waste streams
- Directing traffic, or willing to learn all tasks with a positive mindset
- Communication with customers and working well in a team environment
- Have the flexibility to undertake/assist in any task within skill range

**_Qualifications and Experience:z_**
- Loader ticket is preferable but not essential or any** **of the following; HC, HR, LL, LZ, LF, LE, LR, LS, LB
- Own transport essential
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Self-motivated, and have the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
