We're Hiring: Customer Service Officers

Probe CX is looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our energetic Customer Service team As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the voice of our government client, providing exceptional support to the Australian public.

What You'll Do:

  • Be a Customer Champion: Provide friendly and efficient support to customers via inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Resolve Issues & Build Relationships: Troubleshoot customer enquiries, resolve issues, and build respectful customer rapport.
  • Contribute to Team Success: Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Embrace Technology: Learn and utilise customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant tools to complete your calls.
