**How will I help?**
As a Program Manager - You will be responsible for managing program activities that deliver technology solutions for Payments API platform team, initially focused on Payment simplification program.
This role is part of the GTS and Payments team overseeing a major payments program delivering significant value by laying the foundations for a simplified technology landscape.
**What will I be responsible for?**
- Establish new platform delivery model for Payments API (multiple squads)
- Drive robust delivery cadence and tracking - including governance for simplification program
- Management and oversight of the end-to-end program design and delivery - schedule and milestones, budget, resource, vendor engagements, contracts management.
- Support delivery teams with dependency mapping, manage key delivery dates and milestones and manage the E2E roadmap for the program.
- Management of all risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions within the program. Focus on timely and effective resolution.
- Management of stakeholders - engaging, informing, and influencing across business, technology, risk, finance, commercial, etc.
- Ensure strong governance - preparing and leading program delivery and steering committee meetings to drive best-practice delivery.
- Ensure adherence to Enterprise methodologies and
- Optimise program scope definition and delivery to ensure alignment in meeting business requirements.
- Undertake costs and benefits estimation and accurately forecast program costs and benefits adhering to the finance framework. Optimise activities and processes to gain efficiencies, continuous improvement, accelerate throughput with higher quality outcomes for large and complex programs, providing direction or guidance to others.

**What do I need?**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven track record in successfully leading and managing large programs with many of the following characteristics:
- Indicative cost up to $20M
- Project Impact: Medium to High
- Project Risk: Medium to High
- Multiple sub project / teams
- Multiple end deliverables (more complex)
- 5+ years of experience delivering E2E program delivery
- 3+ years of experience in payments portfolio. Experience in Agile ways of working would be highly regarded
