**The Role**

As the newest Property Manager, you will be managing your own small portfolio under the guidance of a highly experienced team, Team Leader, Director and wider support team.
- Liaising with tenants & owners
- Ingoing and outgoing inspections (assistance also provided)
- Routine Inspections (assistance also provided)
- Admin duties

**The Person**

The ideal person for the role of Junior Property Manager / Property Manager role will be eager & passionate about a long-term career in real estate.
- Previous real estate experience required either as a Property Manager or an Assistant Property Manager
- Agents Representative essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
