Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Property Manager located in Melbourne, VIC. The Junior Property Manager will assist in managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating property maintenance, managing tenant inquiries, assisting with lease agreements, conducting property inspections, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role also involves supporting the senior property management team in achieving operational efficiency and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Qualifications
- Property management skills, including understanding of lease agreements and rental laws
- Tenant relationship management and customer service experience
- Administrative and organizational skills to handle documentation and deadlines efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in property management software is advantageous
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with the team
- Relevant certifications in property management or real estate are a plus
- Experience in Melbourne's property market is desirable
