About the Role

In this entry-level role, you'll work closely with our Property Management team, supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy and successful office. You'll gain exposure to all aspects of property management and leasing, from conducting inspections to assisting with tenant onboarding, while learning from experienced mentors who will help you grow into a standalone role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting open for inspections and routine inspections
  • Assisting with leasing and application processing
  • Managing tenant and landlord communication
  • Preparing leases, documentation, and keys
  • Supporting Property Managers with day-to-day administration
  • Maintaining accurate records and CRM updates

What You'll Bring

  • Some real estate or customer service experience (e.g. reception, leasing support, or admin)
  • Agent's Representative Certificate (in progress or completed)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Current driver's licence
  • Availability to work Saturdays
