**We're Hiring: Content Marketing Specialist**

Do you have a passion for creating content that connects with real people — not just for clicks, but for community impact? BASScare is looking for a creative, curious and hands-on Content Marketing Specialist to help share the stories that matter in aged care, retirement living and community services.

About the role:
This is a role where variety is the norm Bring your creativity to life by crafting engaging content across web, print and internal channels, capturing moments through photo and video, designing standout marketing materials, supporting events and collaborating with passionate teams to uncover stories worth sharing. You’ll be the creative glue that brings our communication pieces — print, digital, social and internal — to life.

You’ll work alongside a friendly, supportive team.

What you’ll be doing:

- Writing clear, engaging content for website, flyers, brochures, internal staff updates and more
- Taking photos and video content
- Assisting with the design of marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Supporting event coordination and creating marketing collateral
- Working closely with staff from across the organisation to source content
- Helping ensure all communications reflect BASScare’s brand identity

What you’ll need:

- A qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Proven skills in content creation, copywriting and editing across various formats
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- A creative eye for photography and basic video content creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative, can-do attitude and a love of working with people from all walks of life
