Snooze Management, based in Canterbury is currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to help the team bring our vision to life

**Day to day you will**
- Manage the point-of-sale ordering system and liaise with printers to ensure delivery is on time
- Ensure all in-store material is maintained, ordered efficiently and within budget
- Work with the Assistant Campaign Manager in supporting all marketing communication for Support Centre and Franchise Partners (i.e. Snooze News, Weekly Updates, Spotlist).
- Be responsible for the processing of Franchise Partner recharges and day to day invoicing
- Monitor competitor activity and its reporting structure.
- Be responsible for the POS campaign pack communication and ensure once done, this is loaded onto the LMS on time.
- Co-ordinate the rollout of music
- on
- hold and instore radio and upload content to visual instore screens
- Manage in-store music players and connections with supplier
- Take responsibility for POS campaign briefs, ensuring it is version controlled and up to date and assist with adhoc POS requests.
- Manage store enquires on POS, Campaign Pack communication and Instore music players.
- Manage Formstack
- Manage relationship with suppliers of print media including print portal
- Manage Brand material instruction for media (MIs) regarding inhouse brands
- Support Campaign Manager with all campaign MI’s
- Manage the weekly Marketing work in progress (WIP) notes

**Media Partnerships**
- Support the Campaign Manager with Virgin Velocity activity and creative
- Support the Campaign Manager with Latitude Finance activity creating and sending collateral deck to the suppliers
- Support the Campaign Manager with other partnerships that may arise and ensure all activity is compliant and delivered on time

**Projects**
- Work with the Local Area Manager specialist on in-store projects as required and assist with POS or instore collateral

**Qualifications**
- This is the perfect first corporate role for a new Marketing graduate
- Resilient and calm under pressure, able to juggle many tasks
- Must be passionate about retail
- You must be friendly with a can-do attitude, a good sense of humour and team spirit
- You must be literate, well spoken and organised
- You must be at an intermediate level of the Microsoft suite
