**What this opportunity involves**:
The Workplace Ambassador (including Reception) will oversee one of the busiest places in the office—the front desk. Constantly on the go, you’ll give our visitors a warm welcome, and guide them and our employees along the way. In other words, you will set the benchmark in giving our company a good first impression. You will spend each day looking at how you can maintain and improve the front office.
Throughout the day, you will also handle all incoming and outgoing calls, including distribution. Therefore, it is essential to remain professional and polite in the way you present yourself, from appearance to behaviour. The Workplace Ambassador - Reception may also be required to provide administrative and operational support to the team.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations
Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors’ works)
Prepare Conference room areas for meetings
Organise any specific requirements from the clients regarding meetings
Coordinate JLL or customer meals as directed - Consumables Order
Receipt all consumables delivered and forward receipts to FM team for records management
Ensure adequate consumables available for client
Perform inspections on the cleaning onsite
Give direction to the onsite cleaning staff, ensuring and service corridors are kept tidy.
Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures

**Sound like you? What we are looking for**:
You have a deep understanding of the Workplace and the Surrounding areas and become the single point of contact for daily Workplace needs on the office floors and a counsel to the Guests present. Proven competencies supporting a team and interacting with client staff and vendors is essential. You will have a customer-oriented attitude, manage multiple and complex operational matters daily - prioritisation is key Finally, you will demonstrate and ensure to instil a culture in the team that match our ‘I am JLL’ core behaviours and values of being an Safety, Expert, Proactive, Innovative, Team Player and valuing the customer.
You should be a graduate in any discipline and have one to five years’ experience in front desk management or reception.
Proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting is also vital for this role.
