What this opportunity involves:
JLL have an exciting new opportunity for a Workplace Ambassador to work onsite with a tech-based client and be the professional face of the client organisation and deliver a seamless outstanding reception experience to the client.
Based front of house, this role will welcome visitors and connect them with their host, as well as assisting with the smooth running of the office facilities and services by providing administration support.
An Overview of the role:
- Greet guests and general reception duties, including responding promptly to queries, building rapport and creating a positive impression to all visitors to the office.
- Set up meeting rooms for both internal and external visitors, including setting up and testing VC facilities for meetings.
- Assist in procurement of appropriate stationery when required.
- Build and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation.
- Fulfil any ad-hoc requests promptly and efficiently to support the facilities team or (client) business.
- Ensure any faults or defects are recorded and reported to facilities team through systems/programmes to ensure an outstanding client experience is maintained.

This is the perfect next step for someone coming from a role in front of house, facilities, hospitality or customer service.
We are looking for someone with the energy and drive to develop the customer experience and has excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience in a front of house role where high level of customer/client interaction is required.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise competing priorities.
- Basic knowledge and exposure to managing meeting rooms.
- Great personality, with the ability to build rapport to effectively manage vendors.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
