The Intrinsic Health Group, founded in 2017, is a rapidly growing organisation. Our Allied Health Professionals (Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Chiropractors) provide services across Queensland which are designed to support health and well-being, for people of any age.
**About the role**:
Reporting to the CEO, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practice manager, or a professional with change management experience, to manage and further develop an essential service in the Ipswich region.
This dynamic new role enjoys a varied portfolio:
- Assist in the transition of an established practice to new management.
- Engage in management, compliance and support activity to ensure the team can achieve their targets, improve service efficiency, and deliver excellence in service.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate accounts receivable and payable, and maintain debt prevention activities.
- Expand the practice to make it more profitable and meet the needs of the community.
- Provide regular reports to the Director of Strategy, COO and CEO.
This full-time role will require face to face contact in the Ipswich office for three - four days, a week minimum, with some capacity to work remotely.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Management, Psychology,
- Business Administration, or the equivalent in closely related or applicable work
- experience, is required.
- At least 3 years of progressively responsible, management experience preferred.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite; Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM and Practice Management Software desirable.
