- Optimize scheduling, inventory, and supplier management, maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
- Promote growth and development within the practice, identifying opportunities to innovate and adapt to changing needs.
- Proven expertise in NHS contract management, with a deep understanding of associated regulations and standards.
- A solid grasp of NHS regulations, GDC standards, code of conduct, and CQC compliance.
- Experience working with Exact/Dentally software, with a willingness to learn and adapt new systems.
- An approachable, supportive, and exceptional communicator, with a genuine passion for people and patient-centered care.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
