We are a Paediatric Allied Health Service where we aim to bring play-based therapy to the clients we work with. We've got a ton of exciting new projects in the works and we are looking for you to join our team. - A few questions..._ - Are you keen to be working in the Paediatric Allied Health field? - Do you love learning new platforms and programs? - Are you a competent personality wrangler? In other words, you get along well with others, but you also get things done. - Are you the one that friends go to for help when their shortcut doesn't work? - Do you love watching from the back of the stage, knowing that the show was able to go on because of all your behind-the-scenes work? This role is an in-person role. This is a full-time position that reports directly to our owners, while also working closely with other key members of the team including the administration team and clinical team. This position involves working mainly working during business hours, but flexibility is key. Our administration team works flexible hours share across the week to suit individuals lifestyles. Also, because our business caters to children and adolescents, our work hours vary to fit around the needs of the clients. We don't need you to have worked in private practice previously (but it would a benefit). But we do need you to have a good understanding of how administration, working with others from different fields, and the importance of a client journey works (If any of those phrases are brand new to you, this likely is not the perfect position for you). We need you to make sure that our brand stays consistent and reliable, from start to finish, with the client journey being the focus of what we do. We’ll be straight with you: This position has high expectations. Read on to learn more. - Integrates all major operating functions of the business. Ensures everyone is rowing together in the same direction. Models the way, always working toward the greater good of the business - A Private Practice Manager works with multiple stakeholders including families, clinicians and other medical staff, but is happy to learn how and when to prioritise the many things that come your way. - Effectively collaborates with the owners and stays on the same page. Maintains a high level of mutual respect with teammates. Realises the unique contributions and ideas that the owners’ have and the vision for the practice, and possesses an ability to filter and translate those ideas into functional plans for the practice. - Resolves issues effectively—seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out the problems, and solving the problems in a practical and healthy manner. - Assists the leadership team toward being healthy, functional, and cohesive. - Ensures that everyone is truly following, and adhering to the business’s core processes and operating system with consistency.
