We are looking for a Senior Performance Manager to join the team - leading clients and developing a team of executives and coordinators to ensure they are growing and progressing alongside you.

**What will you be doing?**
- Provide remarkable client service in order to become your clients trusted advisor and agency partner.
- Develop a strong understanding of your clients business and how Performance media can meet those needs
- Develop your Performance Executives and Coordinators to enhance their abilities, skills and careers.
- Propose and finalise all campaign and BAU KPIs, benchmarks and pacing strategies.
- Take ownership of the delivery of all agreed campaign and BAU KPIs and benchmarks.
- Identify key testing and tactical opportunities and provide ongoing recommendations to clients.
- Manage client budgets, reconciliations, performance goals and programmatic investment to ensure Bohemia delivers what we say we will deliver.
- Prepare for and lead team and client WIPs demonstrating continual progress and results.
- Partner with Bohemia’s Media, Intelligence and Create management teams to deliver the complete Bohemia experience.

**What are we looking for?**
- 3+ years hands on Programmatic experience with knowledge of search & social
- Experience in managing a team, prioritising workload, fostering a culture of integrity and support, and most importantly developing the people who they work with.
- Expert understanding of analytics and measurement tools such as Google Analytics.
- Mastery of Performance management technology across:

- Search platforms like Marin, Kenshoo or DoubleClick Search
- DSP platforms like AppNexus, Mediamath or DoubleClick Bid Manager
- AdServing platforms like Sizmek or DoubleClick Campaign Manager
- Performance media channels like AdWords, Bing, Affiliates
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite especially Excel
- Exceptional presentation and client service skills
