- Clerk Grade 7/8
- Temporary, Part Time (2 days per week, Thursday and Friday) up to 19 December 2026

**About the role**

The Project Officer is responsible for administering the delivery of the NAPLAN program in NSW, and providing support to schools, parents and school sector representatives.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing and coordinating the administration and support services required to deliver the NAPLAN testing program in NSW schools.
- Providing advice to administrative and helpdesk staff to support schools in administering the NAPLAN tests.
- Developing, implementing, reviewing and updating administrative systems, processes and policies to ensure compliance with agency standards, policies and procedures.
- Ensuring the timely and accurate maintenance of information in databases and platforms.
- Developing written communications and publications for internal and external audiences.
- Monitoring and addressing complex and/or sensitive enquiries and issues, including those that are escalated, to ensure the timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Providing high level support to a wide range of stakeholders, including sector representatives, schools and parents, for the provision of NAPLAN tests and results.
- Strong information technology and information management skills, with experience in the use of MS Excel.
- Willingness to work from another work location as required.
