Are you a customer service professional who is keen to collaborate with community members and assist them with day-to-day inquiries in a timely and courteous manner?

Join a team that is dedicated to delivering high quality services to their members. You will work with a growing council located in the western suburbs. They are a reputable council that offer support and encourage a diverse and inclusive environment. Training and support will be offered. You will be working full-time on a rotating roster.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Promoting and maintaining high-quality customer service in all communications with customers on the phone
- Delivering service to a high-volume call centre while contributing to the Key Performance Indicators required.
- Liaise with other departments while performing back office secretarial and administrative tasks

**To be successful you will have**:

- Previous experience in both face-to-face and high-volume telephone customer services
- Demonstrated experience within a Call Centre environment
- Local government experience is desirable
- Great communication skills, written and verbal
- Proactive attitude to work and learning new systems
