We are looking for an experienced marketing specialist to join our team.

Location: Sydney, NSW 2000

Role: Full time

Salary Range: $75,000- $85,000 per annum plus superannuation.

The responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

- Identify target markets, define positioning, and create marketing campaigns to raise consumer awareness and promote product/service attributes.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for product positioning, differentiation, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize effectiveness and ROI within time and budget constraints.
- Track and analyse key marketing metrics (website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs).
- Working closely with the product team, sales team, and customer support to gather feedback, understand customer needs, and align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Daily review of company website to address customer feedback and grievances as a part of customer engagement initiative.
- Brainstorm with team members to develop creative ideas for promotional events and campaigns and liaise with third party vendors to execute successful industry events.
- Generate reports and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Advise on marketing strategy presentations, evaluating reports, pricing policies, and product mixes.
- Stay updated on marketing and telecommunications industry trends and best practices.
- Attend webinars, conferences, and industry events to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years work experience in marketing or related domain
- Minimum master’s level qualification in marketing or related field.
- Demonstrate excellence in marketing, with the ability to expand market reach and manage sales teams.
- Exceptional leadership skills and communication abilities to motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
- Knowledge of digital asset creation.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, sales pitching, Kiosk handling and negotiation skills to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.

Australian citizens and permanent residents are preferred.
- Do you have minimum 2 years of experience related to marketing or related domain?
- Do you have any Australian work experience related to marketing?
- Do you have minimum master’s level qualification in marketing or related field?
- Do you have experience in technology and communication industry, in Australia?

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
