**The Role**

As a **Talent Acquisition Specialist/ **Recruitment Coordinator **you will partner with our in-house Talent Acquisition team to assist in the delivery of end to end recruitment for a range of roles across a key client.

This role is based in **Sydney, NSW**
- Supporting the Recruitment Business Partner in all aspects of the recruitment process.
- Taking responsibility to ensure all pre-employment requirements are met.
- Managing, tracking, and recording data in our talent database.
- Creation of excel reports to manage the effectiveness of our process.

- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a broader team.
- Excellent written and oral communications.
- A desire to have fun and feel accomplished.
