Our venues, including The Kingston Hotel and Marble & Pearl, are known for their warm ambiance and exceptional dining experiences.
**The Role**: We are seeking a confident, warm, and highly skilled Hospitality Manager to lead our team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is integral to our operations and reports directly to the General Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting and maintaining high service standards.
- Managing reservations to maximize restaurant capacity, including handling functions.
- Supervising, training, and mentoring staff.
- Analyzing and managing pricing to meet budgeting requirements.
- Identifying and developing areas for improvement.
- Overseeing rostering, staff hiring, performance appraisals, and succession planning with financial accountability.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders and chefs on menu planning.
- Working with senior management to achieve clear and measurable KPIs.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience managing high-end dining environments.
- A strong record of senior leadership in high-volume settings.
- Exceptional planning, organization, and execution skills.
- Calm and effective communication skills, with the ability to foster a positive team culture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and reservation software.
- Passion for hospitality and genuine care for guest experiences.
We are looking for someone who can commit to a long-term position (2+ years minimum) and lead by example to maintain our venue's reputation for excellence.

- Expected salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
