In these casual roles, based at Epworth Richmond you will be part of the Hospitality Services team and report to the Hospitality Services Operations Manager.

You will make an impact by:

  • Providing a high quality clean and safe environment for patients, doctors and staff
  • Providing efficient and excellent cleaning services incl. bed making, laundry, linen distribution and waste disposal
  • Being respectful, understanding and compassionate
  • Working with a committed team and striving for consistently efficient services

You will have an upbeat personality and positive attitude. You will be happy working autonomously, in a team and with patients directly.

You will have

  • A strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver on, and respond compassionately to our patient's needs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate clearly, confidently and courteously
  • An organised approach to work and ability to work consistently and effectively in a busy environment
  • A well-developd understanding of Infection Control in a hospital environment
  • Adaptability to change tasks throughout your shift readily
  • Flexibility with availbility for rostered shifts across morning, afternoon and weekends
