Tfc Delivery Manager

NEP Australia is currently looking for a Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the commissioning processes and provide comprehensive support for TFC projects and systems within the NEP ANZJ region.

This role is based at our state-of-the-art Andrew’s HUB in Southbank, Melbourne and may require occasional travel and weekend work depending on client Commissioning and Support requirements.

**The position**:
We require a natural leader who will ensure that all commissioned TFC systems meet the required standards and specifications, are delivered on time, and operate efficiently and effectively. You will already have experience in project management, commissioning of complex IT/Media projects, leading a commissioning team and support engineers, development and implementation of plans, procedures and protocols.

This role is crucial for maintaining NEP’s high levels of customer satisfaction, optimizing system performance, and ensuring seamless project transitions from commissioning to operational phases.

In addition, ensuring that NEP ANZJ operational objectives and plans are achieved.

**Key Responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Lead the ANZJ TFC commissioning and support team to oversee commissioning of new TFC installations and projects.
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures and protocols.
- Coordinate with project managers, broadcast engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
- Manage Support including KPI and SLA agreements with third-party customers, support processes, customer satisfaction, and lead the TFC support team.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and policies.
- Act as the primary contact for clients through the commissioning and support process.

**Required skills and attributes**:

- Portfolio, Program, or Project Management qualification or relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the delivery of complex IT/Media projects.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Experience and/or good understanding of modern media operations and requirements.
- Technical background in IS, IT, Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience in commissioning of IT/Media projects
- Experience in a Lead or Management position
