SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

- **Shutdown Coordinator** to support our Shutdown team
- ** 2x1** **FIFO roster **from Perth, Western Australia
- Based at our **Jakovich Office**

At Mammoet, thorough and accurate organization is critical to how we maintain our high standards. So we are looking for professionals who can help to make a real difference to our operations. With complex, challenging projects being tackled every day, we need people who are skilled in making sure the right information is available in the right place and at the right time.

This role will initially start in our head office on a Monday to Friday basis for training and development.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

- Professional level experience in administrative systems and MS Office suite
- Review systems and processes for efficiencies
- Update reporting metrics and databases
- Document Control as per Mammoet and client standards
- Collating Quotes and invoicing
- Support staff with enquiries and weekly timesheets
- Assist with mobilisation requirements and procurement

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

- Previous site Administration / Coordinator experience
- Strong Microsoft Suite capabilities including Excel
- Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
- High attention to detail
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with the ability to form strong relationships remotely
- SAP experience desirable
