**The Opportunity**:
Support Operational Teams in the West Region for mobilisation of projects and contracts and provide overall resource planning and forward look ahead scheduling

This role requires exceptional time management and organisational skills with previous experience in a site admin/mobilisation role ideal

Key responsibilities of this role include:

- Ability to work on own initiative and problem solve
- Microsoft Word - advanced
- Microsoft Excel - intermediate
- Support operational teams in mobilization of project teams and shutdowns in accordance with client requirements and systems.
- Provide one point of contact between operational and recruitment teams to ensure effective sourcing and mobilization of project teams
- Working knowledge of InEight, Primavera, Kronos, NAV or similar systems - advantage
