**About the role**:
The role of the Change Analyst is vital in the coordination of the broad range of change and implementation tasks that are required to contribute to the successful transition of the Digital Health projects.
As a successful Change Analyst, you will have strong analysis skills and project delivery experience to support the timely and effective delivery Digital Health projects, ensuring it is fit for purpose.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Planning and coordinating change operational activities to support the successful delivery of projects and associated technologies and new ways of working
- Developing and implementing project specific change
- Implementation documentation and plans
**About you**:
- Have a tertiary degree or equivalent experience
- Be proficient in functioning autonomously and within a complex team environment
- Have superior organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a high volume, demanding professional environment
- Show exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Have an understanding of the privacy requirements of working with confidential and sensitive health information in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.

Western Health also provides the primary healthcare service at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women’s prison located in Ravenhall.
