HR - Assistant / Administrator

M&T Resources is one of Australia’s most awarded recruitment agencies and we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Operations Coordinator to join our National team. You will join a dynamic and fun team who are focussed on success and celebrating it

Reporting to the National Operations Manager and working closely with our Regional Managers a, you will play a vital role in M&T maintaining our best in class reputation and meeting our growth targets.
- the timely processing of contract/project administration, contractor on-boarding, contractor timesheet management and provision of ongoing support.
- working closely with our shared services team to coordinate timely and accurate contractor payroll and client invoicing.
- attending to any issues with contractor / clients as a matter of priority.
- collating sales and client reporting.
- event management and coordination of team, client and contractor events.
- ensuring policies and procedures are followed correctly.

To be successful you will demonstrate;
- a friendly and happy disposition
- exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to customer service excellence.
- excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using recruitment, CRM, timesheet and pay/bill systems.
- advanced MS WORD & EXCEL skills.
- contractor/employee onboarding environment **- highly advantageous**:

- a proactive mindset with proven experience identifying and implementing operational process improvement relating to the client and contractor experience.
