**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our head office team working alongside a team of talented and passionate individuals. This could be the career opportunity you have been waiting for

Your role is to lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives that elevate the brand & presence of Sydney’s most beloved venues.

As a creative, strategic and detail-oriented marketer you will take a lead role, working alongside the Marketing Director and marketing team, with creative input from some of the industry’s best minds, to drive the success of all events.

**YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**
- A minimum of 5 plus years of experience in a similar field.
- Experience in the hospitality sector and event marketing.
- A relentless drive for excellence and determination to uphold and set consistently high standards.
- You will be both strategic and tactical.
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- A bonus if you have; SEM/SEO experience &/or graphic design skills

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Campaign strategy and implementation: across socials, Google Ads, e-marketing, website updates, print. Including content creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Digital strategy: Review digital strategy for all venues and provide long-term growth recommendations.
- Growth initiatives: Experience identifying and executing growth initiatives to drive long-term business success.
- Partnership collaborations and event marketing support: digital campaigns, on-site activations, and post-event analysis.
- Quarterly event planning: Develop a calendar of key events per venue, coordinating promotional timelines, marketing activities, and event logistics.
- Copywriting: Develop content for press releases, social media posts, website updates, and EDM. Ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
- Design and artwork briefing: Collaborate with designers, providing detailed briefs for venue promotional materials, menus, and event flyers.
- Budget management: Track and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
- Contractor/Supplier and agency liaison: Lead key agencies and contractors relationships to ensure smooth project execution.
- Market research: Regularly assess industry trends in hospitality to identify marketing opportunities and risks.
- Reporting and analysis: Develop and implement a standardised reporting framework for all marketing activities.
