E-Help Education & Migration is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Brisbane, Australia. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving the achievement of sales targets within the education and migration industry. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company and play a key role in helping individuals achieve their educational and migration goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:_
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging open communication and a strong sense of teamwork.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:_
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and explore innovative approaches to expand our customer base.
- Monitor sales activities, track team performance, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make informed business decisions.
- **Relationship Management**:_
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, educational institutions, migration agents, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential business opportunities and challenges.
- **Training and Development**:_
- Conduct regular sales training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional sales results.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members, assisting them in overcoming challenges and improving their sales techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the education and migration industry will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
