The purpose of this roles is to support the Client Director in delivery on the account, managing the capabilities and team to ensure on-time delivery and excellence in execution. This is a key role in driving collaboration internally and externally with the client and partners.

Client Executive (Affiliates)

**Job Description**:
What your typical day will look like:
The Client Executive is responsible for the supporting the Affiliates Director in the execution of the Affiliate Marketing programme for our clients.

You are responsible to proactively ensure drive continued growth, efficiency, and results for our clients.

You will be primarily responsible for managing key partners and the complete lifecycle of each program, which includes recruiting, onboarding, campaign planning, and optimization of campaigns.

Core responsibilities include:

- Ensure campaigns / projects timelines, cost estimates, schedules and forecasts are accurately developed and adhered to
- Support new affiliate partners and develop existing relationships
- Manage and oversee client media plans and campaigns to ensure that key offers are communicated with affiliates in a timely manner
- Ensure campaigns are set up and optimised in the correct way, according to the Network best practice
- Ensure campaign tracking is correctly setup, monitored and any issues are identified early on to prevent campaign disruption
- Assume ownership of technology management inclusive of campaign setup, creative management and affiliate comms
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the client’s business challenges and marketing objectives

A bit about you:

- 1-2 years of experience within affiliate/performance-based marketing
- Experience working with affiliate network and software (eg: Performance Horizon, Rakuten Linkshare, Commission Factory, Impact Radius) and developing new partners
- An understanding of the mechanics that influence and drive performance with affiliate partners
- Strong communication, relationship-building, networking and negotiation skills
