**Introduction**
Due to continued and accelerated grow we are looking to appoint a highly driven Commercial Manager based in Queensland to join our fast-paced agile team to contribute to achieving our ambitious growth plan.

**About Us**
Established in 2016, My Emergency Doctor is a high growth telemedicine business. Our team of Emergency Specialists provide care virtually to hospitals, ambulance services, primary health networks, residential aged care facilities and urgent care centres across Australia. Our Specialists help our clients avoid unnecessary presentations to hospitals, determine which patients need ambulances, support on-site clinical staff to provide critical care and supervise and guide doctors overnight in the emergency department.

**The Opportunity**
The Commercial Manager - will be responsible for opportunity identification, qualification and engagement for My Emergency Doctor’s products, solutions, platforms, and services nationally predominantly in public hospitals in Queensland, Northern Territory and South Australia.

Help us deliver emergency medicine across Australia by:

- Developing strong relationships with senior customers and decision makers including Chief Executives, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Information Officers, Chief Medical Officers and Chief Nursing Officers, and Ministry of Health state and Commonwealth.
- Help shaping the Marketing and Sales tools required to engage Hospital Executives and Clinicians, ensuring the value proposition for our customers is clearly identified and understood by the team
- Actively engaging with Medical & Implementation Team and Sales team to drive a learning culture.
- Prioritising areas across the pipeline that require active support in pursuit opportunities and closing of sales
- Regular reporting to My Emergency Doctor Executive on a qualified pipeline to support revenue and growth objectives of national accounts.
- Actively driving high quality management of qualification documentation, pipeline through CRM, pricing, contracting and any sales documentation
- Supporting client queries and identifying new business opportunities.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- 5 years’ experience in the Healthcare
- Experience liaising with hospital and healthcare Executives
- A strong customer focus with the ability to build positive relationships
- Demonstrated Management Experience
- Demonstrated ability in Key Account Management
- Demonstrated achievement of revenue and sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written skills and the ability to generate professional reports and proposals
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience delivering client-focused solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or technology or related fields, post graduate management qualifications / MBA or equivalent are desirable
