Are you passionate about empowering leaders to excel and creating a culture of continuous learning? We’re looking for a **Leadership Development Manager**to design, implement, and scale global leadership programs that align with our strategic goals and cultural values.
In this role, you’ll take charge of our leadership development curriculum, partner with teams across regions, and contribute to initiatives in talent development, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure our leaders are equipped to drive high performance and inclusivity while fostering engagement and retention across the organisation.
This is a **hybrid role**based primarily at our George Street, Sydney office, with regular travel across Australia as required.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Design & Deliver Leadership Programs**:Create, implement, and scale impactful leadership development initiatives aligned with our global strategy, ensuring programs are engaging, relevant, and tailored to meet both global and local needs.
- **Facilitate Learning Experiences**:Lead leadership workshops and programs across the APAC region, collaborating with regional teams to maintain quality and consistency worldwide.
- **Align Talent & Succession Planning**:Partner with HR leaders to identify talent gaps, support career progression, and align development programs with succession planning frameworks.
- **Embed a Learning Culture**:Develop tools and resources that empower leaders to embed learning into everyday practices, driving long-term behavioral change.
- **Leverage Data for Impact**:Monitor program success using data-driven metrics and provide actionable insights to continuously improve learning initiatives.
- **Champion Diversity & Inclusion**:Integrate DEIB principles into leadership programs, ensuring inclusivity is a core component of development initiatives.
- **Engage Stakeholders**: Build strong relationships with HR partners, leaders, and vendors to ensure seamless program delivery and alignment with organisational goals.
- **Support Employee Engagement**:Contribute to global engagement surveys and ensure leadership programs address key themes to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
**What You’ll Bring**
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
- Extensive experience in learning and development, including the design and delivery of leadership programs and leveraging LMS systems to enhance learning outcomes.
- Advanced Facilitation Skills. Proven ability to engage, inspire, and train diverse audiences, ensuring complex concepts are effectively communicated and embedded.
- Up-to-date understanding of leadership and management theories, adult learning principles, and best practices, with a demonstrated ability to translate these into actionable workplace strategies.
- Analytical & Commercial Thinking. Strong capability to interpret data, assess program effectiveness, and inform decisions that align with business objectives.
- Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering results in dynamic environments.
- Ability to think long-term and align leadership initiatives with organisational strategy, ensuring a measurable impact on business outcomes.
- High levels of self-awareness and adaptability, enabling strong relationships and effective collaboration in diverse, matrixed, and global environments.
- Proactive and solution-focused mindset, continuously striving for improvement and excellence in program outcomes.
- Prior experience working in a global or matrixed role, navigating complex organisational structures while maintaining consistency and alignment across regions.
