**Description**:
Your Role
As Head of Leadership and Organisational Development (LOD), you will be responsible for leading the design, development, implementation of the leadership and organisational development strategy.
Leading the LOD team and in partnering with the broader People, Culture and Talent team, business and functional leaders, and external thought leaders, you will innovate and leverage best practices to diagnose, build and implement organisational capability, enhance leadership and management development, develop an integrated talent and performance management and change management framework, and drive long-term strategies for Executive groups in line with business strategy to sustain and grow the Arriba Group and its related companies.
**Responsibilities**:
In your new position your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
**Learning & Development**:
Design and develop L&D framework based on 70:20:10 learning model and deliver innovative programs
Identify new ways to grow leaders at all levels of the organization creating a culture of continuous learning
Leadership Development
Lead the analysis, design and development of the Leadership Development Framework and customised learning solutions at senior leader and all leader levels across the business
Manage the approach to leadership development ensuring learning solutions draw on innovative best practice
Talent & Performance
Develop an integrated talent & performance management framework, across strategic workforce planning, performance and coaching, competency framework, and career journey that enables and sustains the business.
Understand best in class talent management strategies and practices, pushing the boundaries to cultivate a high performing, outcomes driven organisation
Change Managemen
**Skills and Experiences**:
Experience and qualifications
Degree qualification in human resources, education, leadership or associated related field or equivalent corporate experience with solid experience leading an OD Function.
Certification in Prosci Change Management Practitioner, or other
Cert IV in Training and Assessment
Minimum 5-7 years Corporate or Government Leadership Development experience
Hogan’s, Gallup, MBTI, LSI, Accreditation highly desirable
Brain Based Coaching techniques
Experience in organisational development, human resources and establishing processes
Experience working directly at a senior level with CEO and General Managers
Familiarity with human resource principles and practices
An understanding of contemporary learning and leadership development models.
Experience in working with leadership programs and internal consulting
Excellent influencing, communication and facilitation skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
Experience implementing change, flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
