**About the role**

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Leadership Development Advisor to lead our leadership development initiatives. Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager in People and Culture, you will work closely with key stakeholders to lead key leadership development initiatives to develop better leaders across the organisation.

At a high level the Leadership Development Advisor role will lead all leadership training, organise all people leader forums and be involved in succession planning and career planning.

We are seeking someone to work part time 3 days per week under a hybrid working model.

**In this role you will**
- Develop and support a dynamic person-centred workforce, workplace and culture
- Develop, lead and promote the strategic Leadership Development direction across the organisation
- Work with the executive and senior managers to leadership development needs and trends within the business.
- Review and develop the framework of policies and procedures related to Leadership Development
- Identify and advise on opportunities for the development of leaders of the organisation.
- Prepare and develop reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising data and trends.
- Manage and oversee the development of leadership training
- Organise all people leader forums
- Be involved in succession planning and career planning.

**What are we looking for?**
- Experienced in a senior Leadership Development or organisational development specialist/management role
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience to design, present, facilitate and evaluate Leadership Development projects and programs
- Degree qualified in HR Management or Organisational Behaviour/Psychology, or equivalent
