Your main responsibilities will include:

- Driving the delivery of a comprehensive and competitive suite of GTRF solutions, delivered through a range of delivery channels by executing a commercially focused product management strategy, which aligns with the propositional requirements of the Customer Groups.
- Leading the development and execution of a high-quality client-centric service culture that delivers superior post-sales support to Global Banking & Markets and Commercial Banking clients across the range of GTRF products in Australia.
- Increasing focus on structured trade finance, ESG and Digitalisation, leveraging data and digitalisation platforms to develop, front and scale up business.
- Leading the creation of appropriate operating budgets for the country and tracking performance of country GTRF teams against Performance Scorecards, ensuring strategic alignment with Global and Country imperatives.
- Taking responsibility for running a globally & locally compliant GTRF business which meets changing regulatory requirements and ensures reputational risk impact is mitigated / minimised for the GTRF business.
- Optimising the use of GTRF resources across the country, by developing and monitoring appropriate Market Intelligence to manage the use of resources including people, premises and systems.
- Maintaining and observing all HSBC control standards, implementing and observing the Group Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators.

Requirements

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Significant Broad commercial banking and relationship management experience including an in-depth knowledge of the Trade & Receivables Finance business.
- Highly developed management skills, with experience in team building and managing a wide range of projects.
- Ability to use judgement to identify and resolve problems whilst maintaining budgets, time scales and quality of output.
