**THE POSITION**

This company has a rare opportunity to joint their ranks in an** Cartage Coordinator **role working in the **Sydney CBD** offices.

This role, reporting to the Client Services Manager and COO, will be working with all sea and air freight managed by this company that is coming into, and leaving Australia, from prior to the ETD to after the ETA. On an average day you will be:

- Lodge Cargo Reports and Underbonds
- Liaise with clients, brokers and transport companies pending ETA
- Payment of invoices
- Update customer accounts on CRM

- An understanding of Incoterms®
- Ability to work autonomously and with within a team
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of CargoWise, 1-Stop and ICS Customs Portal
- 2 years' experience in a similar role
