You will be a member of the Tasmanian Clients & Markets team, which includes our other Market Leaders, Business Development Manager and supporting team members. Additionally, you will be part of the Tasmanian Leadership Team, fostering strong working relationships across the team.

In the Energy and Resources market we work for a broad range of public and private sector clients, across mining, industrial facilities, electrical generation, transmission and distribution. We work on projects in Tasmania, interstate and internationally and across the spectrum, from Tier 1 companies to juniors and start-ups.

The **Energy and Resources Market Leader **will drive and expand our business performance, amplify the client experience, raise revenue and profitability, and lead and convert our key pursuits to build a diverse project portfolio.

**As a Market Leader, you will have professional attributes that allow you to make significant contributions across:
- **Strategy **- providing a vision and direction for Tasmania’s Energy & Resources market, in alignment with wider regional and national blueprints.
- **Clients **- with a client-centric focus, you have the skills to be well-connected and influential across the Tasmanian Energy & Resources sector, leveraging existing client and partner relationships and identifying new ones to continually evolve the sustainability of our business.
- **Markets **- ambitiously setting a high-growth trajectory, you utilise relationships and data-driven insights to strengthen our market position, owning and converting key strategic pursuits across the value chain.
- **Projects **- contributing to GHD’s reputation and profitability through outstanding performance, you’ll take on project leadership roles, such as Project Director, when required.
