**About the Role**:
The ICT Project Coordinator assists the Program Portfolio lead and Project Manager with this NSW Government organisation in delivering project management and support activities in in line with established project management methodologies and company processes and policies.

This position is a 6 month contract paying $600 per day + super, and is based in Macquarie Park + WFH.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a range of project management and support services, including preparation of reports and briefs, recruitment and coordination of onboarding/offboarding resources, maintaining project documentation and monitoring project plans to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope, in line with established agency project management methodology;
- To support the Project/Program Manager in ensuring the budgets/forecasts and monthly financial position is accurately captured and reported;
- Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project outcomes;
- Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with governance requirements and steering committees;
- Source, collate and compile data and information to identify emerging risks and issues and track and report on project progress against established milestones and deliverables;

**Key Skills**:

- Tertiary qualifications in ICT and/or minimum of 5 years professional experience in a similar role.
- Government experience an advantage
- Agile certification and/or PRINCE 2 certification
- Worked on large scale, complex programs in large organisations
