**The Opportunity**:
This role aims to provide administrative and clerical support to the branch, including payroll and service invoice processing, customer service support and clerical duties. This role will provide administration support to the branch by completing invoicing promptly and accurately by ensuring all purchase orders have been raised correctly and that physical invoices are received with accurate costs. Any outstanding purchase orders are followed up. This includes regularly monitoring work in progress (WIP) and ensuring processes are in place and adhered to to allow for timely work invoicing.

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Experience with SAP payroll administration (highly regarded)
- Be a self-starter and be able to work unsupervised.
- Customer service experience.
- Computer literate with competency in the Microsoft Office programs with sound data entry skills.
- Must have highly effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with management, staff, and customers.
- Hold a current driver’s license.
- Had previous experience in a similar position.
- Have a technical aptitude.
