Our client is a well-known accounting firm located in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs. They are not your average accounting firm, they are a group of passionate people that love what they do

**The Opportunity**

This role is an outstanding opportunity to kick start your career in public practice and join a highly reputable accounting firm as a Receptionist on a full-time basis Based in the Eastern Suburbs, this firm is close to public transport and has free all-day parking nearby.

**Your day-to-day tasks would include**:

- Liaising with the ATO
- Managing incoming calls
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Collate tax returns
- Provide general administrative support

**About you**:

- Experience working in an Australian accounting firm is not essential, but highly regarded
- Confident in their computer literacy skills, MS Office and learning new software
- A positive, friendly and bubbly personality
- Great attention to detail
- Highly organised
