To be successful for this role,
**your CV will need to reflect on following skill-set**:

- Immaculate communications and business analysis skills;
- Demonstrated experience within configuration and change management, in particular within Infrastructure related projects;
- Demonstrated understanding of IT Asset data repository preferably with the use of SharePoint / Excel or similar;
- Detailed experience within CMDB delivery and experience across Config Management standards, plans, and procedures;
- Demonstrated knowledge of service and ticket management across toolsets such as ServiceNow, SCSM, BMC, Insight
- Experience in end to end Change analysis, risk & impact assessment and delivering change management strategy across large-scale projects;
- Hands-on experience in providing and implementing end to end change and release strategy;
- Strong demonstrated experience in liaison with senior stakeholders as well as the commercial users of the business;
This position is predominantly focused on the transformation and delivery of a strategic CMDB as well as business as usual change and configuration planning and management.

You have strong communications couple with extensive experience within CMDB space, technical configuration as well as great understanding of ITIL, and infrastructure digital change management.

Having technical knowledge of SharePoint / Excel / Power BI or other similar data repository management toolsets is highly advantageous but not essential.
