There's never been a better time to be in energy. And there's never been a more exciting time to be at Endeavour Energy.

More than 2.7 million people across New South Wales rely on us every day for the supply of safe and reliable power to their homes and businesses. We employ more than 1,700 people across our catchment, making us one of the largest employers in Sydney's Greater West.

We need talented people who care about one another and the work they do. Why? Because we're one of Australia's fastest growing networks, connecting 20,000 new customers each year, including the Western Sydney Aerotropolis. And when we power together, we go further, faster; towards a smarter, more sustainable future for us all.

On Offer

This is an exciting new role where you can join a team that thrives on care, collaboration, and high performance, supporting both your colleagues and our customers. You'll have the opportunity to step up and lead in a rapidly evolving energy sector, while feeling recognised and rewarded for your contributions. Take pride in working for an organisation that provides an essential service and plays a key role in driving the energy transition. You will also benefit from access to training, personal development, and clear career progression pathways, helping you grow your skills and your career.

About the Role

This new and exciting role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of the energy transition.

As an Energy Services Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering Endeavour Energy's vision for a customer-led, future-ready network.

Working within the NexGrid team, you'll blend human-centred service with advanced technology and AI-enabled tools to support customers and industry partners as they embrace new energy solutions.

Your focus will be on resolving complex enquiries, providing expert guidance across emerging technologies, and helping customers feel informed, supported, and confident. You'll collaborate across teams, use data-driven insights to continuously improve service delivery, and help shape the customer experience of tomorrow.

Key accountabilities

  • Resolve complex enquiries end-to-end, providing real-time support through onboarding, configuration, testing, and commissioning while ensuring customer outcomes are confirmed and closed.
  • Use AI insights and structured knowledge to co-resolve issues efficiently, reducing handoffs, maintaining service continuity, and enhancing guided knowledge content for both human and digital channels.
  • Analyse demand trends and customer feedback to identify pain points, reduce failure demand, and contribute to continuous improvement through agile sprints, retrospectives, and service hackathons.
  • Collaborate across Engineering, Field Operations, and Digital teams to triage and resolve escalations, share learnings, and shape future service models aligned with Endeavour's Customer Playbook and DTG2035 strategy.
  • Embrace continuous learning and innovation, staying across emerging products and services to ensure customers and partners are supported throughout the energy transition.

About You

You're a problem-solver and relationship builder with a knack for simplifying complex information.

You thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and take ownership of delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

You're comfortable working with evolving technologies and curious about the role of AI and digital systems in the energy transition.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • A Certificate III in Customer Contact or equivalent experience in a digital or technical service setting.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a customer-facing or technical support role within an omnichannel environment.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-team issues.

Desirable:

  • Agile Foundations or equivalent training.
  • Experience as a solar installer or electrician.
