**About The Role**:
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our **John Hunter Outpatients Contact Centre**, located on the **James Fletcher Campus**. You’ll be part of a large and dynamic service supporting outpatient specialties across **John Hunter Hospital**, providing exceptional service and administrative support to patients and clinicians.

- Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients and clinical teams
- Manage outpatient bookings, enquiries, and referrals efficiently
- Accurately maintain patient information using hospital systems
- Collaborate with colleagues to support smooth clinic operations
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
