Nurture Care Australia is seeking a dedicated and detail oriented **NDIS Administrator** to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This office based role, located in Ipswich, is perfect for someone looking for consistent weekday hours and the opportunity to work in a supportive and purpose driven environment. As an NDIS Administrator, you will be responsible for providing vital administrative support to ensure the smooth day to day operations of our services. You will manage documentation for participants and staff, maintain accurate records, support compliance processes, and help coordinate communication across various departments.
In this role, you will work closely with the management team, support workers, and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery aligns with NDIS requirements. You will also be included in a **rotating on call roster**, assisting with after hours administrative needs when required. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to the dynamic nature of the NDIS sector will be key to your success.

We deliver a range of services including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Individualised Living Options (ILO), Short-Term Accommodation (STA), and Community Access. **Key Responsibilities**
In this role, you will:
- Manage participant files, service agreements, intake forms, and documentation.
- Support new staff onboarding by collecting compliance documents and tracking training requirements.
- Maintain and update administrative systems using platforms such as **ShiftCare**, **Xero**, and **Bright HR**.
- Assist with preparing invoices, monitoring timesheets, and managing service bookings.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS standards through incident reporting, documentation reviews, and regular audits.
- Communicate with staff, families, and external providers in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with staff rosters and administrative support for the service delivery team.
- Participate in the rotating on-call roster to support urgent administrative matters outside business hours.
